No sugar whatsoever only in fruit ...high intensity workout as well as tracking micros u can eat what u want and loose u also need to start strength training and tons of cardio and water
I went back to my pre pregnancy weight by drinking water only and all the time, eating actual meals, and minimal snacks unless it’s healthy. 🤷♀️I was always on my feet too. Now that I’ve been on lockdown/quarantine I noticed I’ve gained weight. I’ve never gained weight in my life besides pregnancy. It has definitely made me curvier but I’m not used to it so I’m self conscious. I know I’ve been eating out of boredom and less active. So I’ve been going on walks and doing YouTube exercises (only for 20 mins) and trying to eat only actual meals without snacking.
I need to do something as well. I have a big issue line sticking to anything.
