This is why it’s important to always be honest and upfront with how you’re feeling in a relationship. He could’ve told you he was no longer emotionally there MONTHS ago. I’m sure he knew for a while he was no longer interested if he was already pursuing other people and the idea of other relationships. It’s hard but you will get past it! Similar situation happened to me when I had my first baby and literally a year later I met a great man who I’m now married to.
