I have one. There’s a size for people who’ve had kids and people who haven’t. It’s kind of gross, but you get used to it.

Is it the same as taking out a tampon? Inserting I’m okay with and I know it will take my time to get use to it, but I’m clueless on taking it out. I keep imagining a big mess while trying to remove it. Like spilling it etc.. 😂

lol I’m sure it could spill if you pulled it out funky but if you just pull straight down, it shouldn’t. It’s got a little tail that you pull on to start getting it out, but then you can grab the cup itself before fully pulling it out.

I was really nervous but decided to get a menstrual cut a few months ago. It’s a easier then I thought. I went with an off brand off Amazon. It came with a small and a large. The small fits fine even after delivering two babies. I use the large on heavy flow days. For me it’s usually only a day on dumping every couple of hours, other then that I dump it twice a day. I do think my cramping isn’t as bad now. I can’t find the one I bought.

@thatregalmujer, Yes. With my cycle I have a couple little days, where I dump it when I wake up and when I go to bed, and a heavy day where I dump every couple of hours. For me I cramp more and noticed leaking when I needed to dump it more often.

I said rinse it in hot water before reinserting.

I know every kid is different but If you see my post PLEASE COMMENT BELOW!!! What size diapers were your kids in the longest ?? We are still in newborns .. I have a shit load of size ones.. I have two packs of size twos.. but my aunt bought me a 3 month supply for my baby shower, I just need to let her know what size I would need .. but I have so many size ones, that I may return for size 2s .. she is 10 pounds right now now at 9 weeks.
