Does anyone know if it’s true or not that if you’ve used tanning beds in the past that it makes it real hard to tan naturally?

I do think my freckles are coming out more but that’s about it. I think I’m just getting too old 😂😂
I don't think so, I use to tan in tanning beds during my hooter days and I get tan easily still...

Hell no easier I started tanning and it takes away stretch marks too but I did for along time now I stay tan lol
I’ve never really had a problem like this before. I am getting older though lol. But the last 2 days me and my husband both were outside in the sun the whole day and I used tanning oil and he’s definitely darker and even burned in a few places and I don’t even look like I was hardly outside. It’s sickening and makes me want to go back to tanning beds except the only place I had here closed.
@supermomof4, hmm odd I mean I guess it’s possible at a certain age maybe our pigment changes but either way you should try it out some won’t hurt
Your skin changes as you get older. Growing up I tanned like crazy, and super easy. Now I’m outside for 30 seconds, with sunscreen, and I burn
@scream.queen, @jellybeans33, then ladies I must be broken! I used to tan so super easily and I tanned a bit in high school no issues. But I tanned for 4 years in a row and stopped 3 years ago and I do everything and can’t keep any color it seems like 🙄

@supermomof4, I've never heard of that either. In my case it's not true. I used to go tanning like crazy when I was in high school. I tan so easy in the sun.

Not true. I had a friend who tried to tan in sun and a bed. It just never seemed to work lol only her freckles would get darker. 🤷♀️
