I have a hard time believing that there peope in this day and age are teaching their children to be racists. I do believe they inadvertently teach them to be intoletant and thoughtless. Guard the thoughts you have when you have children, monitor your actions. Your thoughts become your words, they listen to them to know how to behave. Your actions tell them which behaviors are acceptable.

Can you imagine how that man felt? A whole race of people feel like that everyday, are constantly treated like that.
Those in the fight against racism are not the enemy. Those who speak out against it, even when they are by themselves, they are contributing to the cause. I hope that our children will inherent an earth where they don't feel as though they have to use hate speech. I'm tired of being given some pretty words, yes, everyone should, SHOULD be equal, but the reality is... we're not.

I have 2 adopted black brothers iv dated black men and my bestfriend is black I haven never dealt with anything quite like this. It definitely made me understand more what people go though :(
Have you spoken to your adopted black brothers about their thoughts on being a black man in these times? I've never personally dealt with anything like this, but I hope change will come so that one day, it won't be me, it won't be my loved ones, and we all can stop talking about it and all lives will truly matter
I take care of a older man in his late 50s and we had to run to Walmart the other day and some girl was staring at him then was really mean to him and he asked what her problem was she said bcuz your white.... he calmy said I didn't chose my skin color and walked away from her.
I dont believe anyone should be hated on for the way they look/or skin color.
At least she only looked at him with disdain. He probably didn't deserve it, at least she let him live to talk about it. I guess her gaze made him afraid to walk down the street to walmart again, wondering if someone is going to be violent towards him because he's white. But, when that day comes, if it ever comes, I'll speak out about it too.
Overall whats everyones thoughts on this. Me personally I dont mind lgbt .but to teach it I feel like is a waste . I can teach my own children that if they ask or even wanna know

Im not in anywaya shape or form trying to take away from what ppl are doing I think its wonderful everyone sould be equal i dont think tho fighting racism with racism is the answer me and mines stand with you 100 but calling the people that are standing with you names won't help
