On day 5 of nap training my son and he fell asleep in his crib on his own today! 👏

Four days ago I stopped nursing him at nap time and rocked him to sleep then put him down. But he’s 28 lbs and my back and shoulders are so sore! Today he asked to lay down so I put him down and I laid on the floor so he couldn’t get up and he fell asleep!

I never had to do this with my daughter. She started putting herself to sleep before she even turned 1 🤷🏻‍♀️
