Yes I come to realize it’s better just don’t know how they do it to anyone else that is not scheduled for delivery or are they scheduling everyone? They also never said anything about doing that to the only person that will be allowed with me for delivery in this case my husband

Yes. I really don’t like it I had a flu test before so I know it doesn’t hurt you but it’s very uncomfortable and just knowing that makes me have anxiety for some reason

I believe it’s required they want to have results in by the time your scheduled. I don’t know how they do it if you have a normal delivery. I am scheduled to be induced that’s and that’s what they are doing to all who are scheduled 3 days before test
I got tested. But with any medical procedures you have the right to decline.
Did it hurt? That long q tip in your nose?
@anrg92, it actually wasn’t too bad. What was the worst was the feeling of it still in my nose after they pulled it out
It’s unfortunate that the Covid is here. I’d rather know so everyone can take proper precautions.
Your right I am just scared as I seen the videos of the test.
@nothingtoseehere, your right it is a good thing justfeel like it’s another thing I need to worry about having to wait for the results. I am not sure what they do if It comes back positive. Also your partner or family member that gets to be there with you doesn’t get rested so Is it just to ensure I don’t pass it to the baby? I am just 🤷♀️ confused it’s all new this time around

It's better for everyone. People can be asymptomatic and contagious.
