Anyone free to chat, my mental health has not been great over the last few days I feel like I've hit Rock bottom. :( I no I have so much to look forward to with a new baby on the way my little girl becoming a big sister ect, I'm having really bad nightmares my anxiety is through the roof and the doctors and midwife no all this and theyve just said to ring the crisis team. I've been their done that it really dosent help what so ever, just wondering if theirs any mums on here that suffer with bpd and PTSD and depression and anxiety and how you all cope with day to day life with you little ones when you feel rock bottom.💗
