You need to back everything up on your iCloud and then transfer everything to your new phone.
@proudmommyyof2, are you trying to transfer all your apps, photos, contacts, etc from your old iPhone to new iPhone?
Go to settings, click on your name and then iCloud. You should see “back up”. Back everything up and then you’ll have to reset your new phone. Once everything is backed up (may take 10-20 mins) you’ll be able to transfer everything including apps to your new phone. When you turn your new phone on after resetting it, it’s going to ask if you want to transfer everything over. Hope that makes sense.

I did all that I can't find it should I deleted on my old phone & download it again on my old phone & see if it shows on my iPhone cause I'm using the same email

Go to your App Store, click on your profile and then click on purchased apps. It should be there. That’s how I got mine back.
She can still download it if she had it before. She just has to go to purchased apps. That’s how I was able to get mine again.
