I need help I guess 😅 I think my water broke but I’m not sure. Everyone keeps saying it’ll keep trickling out but all I had was a big gush of fluid and then I peed a little while later but nothing since. I’m not having major contractions or anything right now. This happened maybe an hour ago?
ETA: they’ve always broken my water at the hospital so I’m never had it break naturally.

Get to the hospital so they can test the liquid to see if it was fluid
Mine was a slow leak at like 8pm at night. No gush. Felt like I peed my pants just enough to wet panties...like 9 times. Fell asleep...no leaks through the night. No contractions. When I woke up it started again and I went to get checked out. Had a baby 8 hours later.

Might be gross but smell it. If it smells sweet it’s your water if it smells like pee and strong odor it’s pee then

I had a contraction then felt/heard a kick and pop and water coming out. I knew 100% that my water broke. It also kept coming lol and my baby was born half an hour later. Like someone else said, the contractions got really bad right after.
When they broke my water with my son they definitely got intense 😅 I’m still not really feeling anything though and baby is still moving around
@loveerii I'd still get it checked out just in case. Once your water breaks you can get an infection easier and other complications. My SIL has a slow leak (lol) and she had to be induced right away
When mine broke it felt like I just peed myself in bed 🤦🏼♀️ but it wouldn’t stop coming out. I’d definitely call l&d. I wasn’t contracting or anything when mine broke either
I heard a pop with my first then like a trickling warm pee like feeling every time I stepped lol, I was asleep with my 2nd.
Mine was a gush when I rolled over then nothing else after that. My son’s head was acting as a cork and kept the rest in. I never had any bleeding or anything. I didn’t even have contractions until a good 6-7 hours after it broke. If you think it broke then it’s best to get checked out. They can tell if it was amniotic fluid or not.

That’s how mine was. Then five hours later I had another good gush when I went to pee!
With my first, I had a big gush. Went to the hospital about an hour later and was at a 4 and no longer leaking fluid. The rest of my water came out when the nurses broke it
@loveerii, have you called your doctor or l&d? You sound like me. I didn’t contract till about 4 hours later. They made me walk around the floor over and over again to start contractions.

@loveerii, yes. Call ASAP. I went in an hour after I gushed because they told me too and I’m glad I did. Baby might be coming. After my first contraction 4 hours later, my oldest was born 5 hours later lol
Usually there’s a little bit of bleeding after your water ruptures , have u had any spotting or bleeding ?
@loveerii, my contractions would always get more ínstense after my water would break. My second it didn’t really break all the way either bcus I had him before time. Three weeks early . Hopefully it’s just pee and the baby cooks a little longer ❤️ good luck momma . Keep us updated .

So I had my baby at 12:46am but I’m asking for prayers or any good vibes sent my baby & my way. I had to have an emergency csection (never had one before either so still freaking out that I had one) because my placenta abrupted & now they transferred my baby to another hospital to give him care that this hospital doesn’t provide since he can not breathe on his own and he is going to be getting blood transfusions as well & they are saying it can go either way for my baby and I’m literally heartbr...
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Any of you ladies plan on having or have had a natural or water birth ?! With my first I had an epidural but with this baby I’m having a natural water birth and I am nervousssss! 😳😳😳

All mine was is a little bit of fluid on my bed. Have you tried smelling it? If it don't smell like pee then it might be that your water broke.
