How long is the wait to swim in a pool after a c section? I have one tomorrow , and our pools being opened next week

I’ve had a few c sections and they recommend to wait the 6 weeks and get the ok from the doctor

I’ve had that section under my bellybutton numb till this day

Doctors told me it’s totally normal because they cut you open

Once in a while it hurts but not always

Unfortunately all these feelings are totally normal

Took Karoline to the YMCA today to swim in the pool. Guess who crapped her pants so bad they shut the pool down for the day to drain it. #thatsmykid 🤦🏼‍♀️
