Has anyone been to mediation for a 2nd time for custody? The first time we went i offered a schedule he accepted now we are goin 1.5 years later but i want to change it n he doesn’t so wats goin to happen?

The judge will decide if your reasons for wanting to change it are valid if he's not willing to agree.

So we will have to wait to see a judge at a later date ?? Because Friday is jus with a mediator

I would try to settle at mediation then. If you don't settle there then the mediator will make their own suggestions

Ask for supervised visits tell them ur kids not safe fuk that... then collect all text and call logs to prove he’s absent make him look bad as possible

Oh he’s fucked on that end i have so many texts of him every day askin if I woke up or did i die in a car crash him telling me to die givin me ways to die like he’s crazy i filed a police report because i didn’t feel safe n didn’t want my son around him they said the courts had to handle it so i filed for emergency custody n they denied it! He’ has my son in all types of bad situations with this covid he has house parties n cookouts all the time wen he has my son like no social distancing at all last night i seen a video of my son outside playing with jus a beater on it wasn’t even 60 degrees my sons only 1
