Ladies what does this look like to y'all I noticed it when I took baby girls socks off and noticed this rash

Her feet have looked like that that since about 4 this afternoon. I took her to the clinic they said it looked like an allergie. Just to keep an eye on it make sure it didn't spread of get worse.because it looks like a lil rash
