I have no clue maybe ask the Pediatrician if it don’t go away .

My son had that to. Did u just notice it ??? Or has it been there because I changed my sons soap and lotion and went away .

Maybe heat rash? There's honestly no way of telling though. Maybe call her pediatrician

Heat rash for sure . My son gets them ALLLLL the time
