Is it wrong that I’m going to the nail salon on Friday . I’m like ehhh but then I’m like I need a pedicure

I’m just stuck on I can’t see my self going on vacay and my feet looking bad but I think about it and see

@mamaof2soon, I think @scruffy.nerf.herder, is saying it’s a need vs want thing. You NEED groceries to survive. You just WANT to get a pedicure. No one was ever harmed by having ugly feet. 🤣

But I’m saying what’s the difference you are still in contact with people at the end of the day

Wether it be checking out or somebody massaging my feet

If they have a mask on which they always do and gloves in I think it’s kinda okay

@mamaof2soon, The biggest difference is the inability to maintain social distancing while getting a mani or pedi. You can’t stay 6 or more feet apart which is the most effective way to prevent the spread. It’s spread primarily through respiratory droplets in the air. Masks are not foolproof which is why it is recommended to continue to practice social distancing. You don’t know the precautions your nail lady has been taking in her personal life or any of her other clients.

It’s not worth it, in my opinion. I miss having my nails done but there’s no way I’d be going out to a nail salon right now.
