I just gave them both peanut butter on toast when I started weaning. It's not really something I gave much thought about

They say to introduce nuts as young as 6 months now, as they say the earlier to introduction it will reduce the risk of allergy

Try a tiny bit of peanut butter :)

Lots of foods contain nuts so it’s possible she’s had without realising

Also usually no concern if you or dad/ immediate family have no allergies to nuts xx
