Update so apparently I was 6 weeks pregnant went ane last night as I was getting this dark brown cm loads of it, and they done a blood test hcg levels were quiet high, had a scan this morning and there was a sac so they said it was likely a chemical pregnancy but there was a sac seen, so yeah thats the update, they said my last period was most likely implantation bleeding, but im OK at least I know now 🙂 it happens
I’d ask for more advice. A chemical pregnancy would have no sac because the pregnancy never develops passed the initial joining of the sperm and egg. If you’re 7 weeks and there’s a sac there will be some form of fetus and that will have to be passed. They should have given you options on how to do that.
@mariapb oh my gosh i don't want anything happening to my system... is it possible to pass it or do I need to take tablets??? They didn't say nothing about a pill they said that if the pain continues i should go back to ane
@leanne2016, you can pass it. I did with both of mine without the pill but it can be painful, and in my experience I felt the sac pop both times and then had like mini labours. Everyone is different though but I would definitely be looking to follow up with someone if you were that far along.
@mariapb yeah I cant lie it's very painful, I'm at the park I've had to drive that would usually take me 5 min to walk
Sorry to hear this. X I didn't think there was a SAC with a chemical pregnancy x
As many women have said i would ask for another scan just to be sure nothing has progressed. X
