Yes. My SIL. Even thinking about her pushes me sometimes
Yep, anyone thats im not personally close to gets me anxious and my dads family is a huge trigger.
No and yes. My husband knows what triggers me and tends to gas light situations...other than that no. I don't let people in general have that power
Oh yes. 😬 I tend to have more anxiety around people who I don't trust.
It’s not that I don’t trust her, but my mother in law is so negative that it causes my anxiety to go through the roof.
@bbgirlmama yeah that's how my mil is too. I get anxiety around her because I know I have to be careful what I say. She loves to find any excuse to gossip about others. 🙄 She's worse than a high school girl.
