Does anybody have gas remedies for a 4 month old? He’s the happiest baby all day but at then he wakes up screaming all night in so much pain😩 We’ve tried warm baths before bed, gas drops, bicycles, and gripe water, nothing seems to help.

Are you sure its gas? I would think he'd have some during the day too.

During the day it seems like he has no problems getting it out, he’s been gassy since day 1 but he’ll get supper fussy and scream at night then he gets a few farts out and is okay

A warm rice pack, if you have one, may help. You could also heat up a towel in the dryer and put that on his belly. Heat helps my son’s belly pain.
The other thing that helped my son was sitting in his vibrating bouncy chair. He would chill in that, sucking in his paci, which also seemed to help. He would go from screaming to relaxed pretty quickly.

He won’t take a pacifier but I’m going to try the vibrating bouncer and warm rice pack tonight! Thanks so much☺️

You could rub his belly in a circular motion. Is he formula fed or breastfed?

I forgot to add that, the tummy massage helps sometimes other times he’ll just scream😥 he’s breastfed

could it be something you’re eating? Is he more gassy after you eat something specific?

@michellemybell09, not that I’ve noticed but I’m going to look more into it and start writing everything down. Possibly coffee but it would be so hard to cut that out
