Doc yesterday confirmed Scarletts tounge tie. Referral put in for the ENT but have zero idea if they r doing elective surgeries and such right now or not. Our county just went into the yellow but a lot of things r still closed or restricted. Holding out hope since hubby got a call with the new date for his one appt that got canceled due to all of this just have zero idea on how backed up they are and I have a feeling it's pretty backed up.

I would really hope they would prioritize a baby so she can eat better. :(

It rly unfortunately doesnt have to do with prioritizing with everything having been closed and being backed up 😔 thankfully she is eating well and gaining but it takes her longer to eat so its very time consuming. She spends most of her day on the boob

I dont think it was considered a “surgery” they clip it with a little bit of a numbing cream . She doesn’t get put to sleep or anything . Done right in the office

I kno its just a clip but I guess it's still considered 'surgery'. I was rly hoping I'd get lucky and they could just do it in office but I guess they arnt allowed to.
I'm just glad they do it in my area now cuz just a few years ago the nearest place that did it was over 3hrs away and the dont take my insurance.
