It’s ok to step back and be patient. It’s ok to rock your baby to sleep for years. You are not “training” them to have bad habits. -

YOU are the parent, stop seeking validation and TRUST yourself. Ask for help, but start trusting yourself more. -

Calvin does things on his own terms. I never used clippers on his hair until this year! The noise bothered him and he was so wiggly. So, he had a haircut that worked for his personality. Calvin refused to try and swim until yesterday! He jumped in the hot tub asked to swim on his own under water... and DID it! -

He knows what he wants but he is content to wait until he is ready. I admire him. I learn a lot from his personality. He is a good little boy. 💚
