What can this be? I got it a week ago and still hurts. I called my doctor and they gave me an ointment but I don’t think its getting any better. I also got antibiotics because doctor thinks it’s a lip cellulitis 🧐 I don’t think it’s that. My lip started getting hot and itchy then the next day it was swollen ( first pic). Last pic was this morning

It’s a cold sore , put hydrogen peroxide with a qtip, it’ll fizz up and dry it out . And repeat it through the day . That’s how I’ve always gotten rid of mine .
