Y’all insta cart dropped my groceries off at my neighbors 😳🙄. She said her gps said turn here. Did you read the mail the box. It clearly has the numbers on it 😡. Glad my neighbors are trustworthy and didn’t steal my groceries and let me know

Mistakes happen! I’m a Door Dasher and sometimes addresses and directions aren’t clear. Some people don’t have addresses on their houses, or their mailbox is in a weird place, etc.

y’all also have access to contact the customer if there isn’t a visible housing/apartment number. If you can’t see it don’t assume. Contact the customer. I’ve had a lot of issues with Instacart shoppers. All of which could have been avoided if they would have contacted me instead.

This exact thing just happened to my neighbors 2 weeks ago. We live in a twin and the twin is currently empty but our old neighbor that used to live there his parents live next door and he ordered them groceries but the delivery guy went to a house across the street. He just let the neighbor keep the groceries he said since it's a hard time he figured it would be a nice gesture and reordered the groceries for his parents

I’ve had that happen before but I didn’t know where they got delivered to , I just called Instacart right away and they sent out my order again and had a new person shop and bring it to me within two hours . I’ve been using Instacart religiously since November and I’m so thankful for it lol
