Anyone just extremely not happy with how they look? I had 2 babies within the last 2 years. And I'm just so not happy with my chubby face and tummy. Even my arms andegs like nothing fits me right anymore. So depressed about it. Not sure if its actually depression or post partum depression because it's been 8 months since my youngest kid and I'm happy when I don't think about. Life is crazy just it seems. Not sure what to think lol

You're a pretty girl. Any weight you may be carrying will affect you on some way and yes, our self image can be I'll affected by extra weight. I have always been a fit girl, now woman at 37, but I am also over weight at the moment. I have to remind myself that the weight will only go down and the fitness come back when I am ready to put in the effort to make it happen. In the meantime, though I know I must make changes I also know that my self worth doesn't come from my weight it comes from within. Hug yourself and make a plan. Don't let this get you down. The weight dropped off for me with my first and is still hanging on after my second and she just turned 2. Get motivated mama and grab hold of the reins for this wonderful ride called motherhood. You can lose the weight and feel better about yourself. It will just take some time and patience and loving yourself. Don't kill yourself to get there or it will wear you down more. But know you are beautiful and that you CAN do this!!! Hugs!!!

I'm in the same boat. Think that's why I hate it so much. Thanks for the encouragement

If you've always been fit then once you get motivated and get moving you'll start feeling so much better! I was doing great but then my knee injury happened and I have to start all over again. It it's ok. I'll get there and so will you!!! Reach out if you need motivation and I'll do my best to help. Hugs and happy day!!!

@anicole3285, I just posted about self motivation and a bit about my journey with getting myself back together. I just want to let you know that you are beautiful love! I have gone through 10yrs of being pregnant 6 times, went from 117lbs in Highschool to 207lbs with my last pregnancy and all numbers within that range. You can start this process, I have full confidence that you can do this. It doesn’t matter if it’s walking with your kiddos every night or just cutting something out of your diet. It’s very overwhelming to start pointing out the stuff you don’t like about yourself. Take some time to yourself, come up with a simple plan, make small changes at first and then re-assess when those small changes have been done. Don’t give up on your self, you can do this!! Hugs over here 🤗
