@familygrown, I’m so scared to take long hot showers cause of my csection so I try and make it as fast as possible but this recovery stage is horrible I just want to be back to my normal self

Yeeesss I feel like I got hit by a bus the only time I’m feeling somewhat comfortable is when I’m under a heating blanket 😩😩
