Im on day 3 less cramps and since last cycle and this one my periods have been lighter so usually day 2 and 3 are heavy lots of cramps and hevay flow but this cycle and previous day 2 is heavy or moderate with cramps day 3 is half as bad like moderate to light flow and hardlt any cramps and my periods are done by day 4 with spotting on day 5 it use to not be like that but i guess its my new norm
