He shouldn’t have ran? No the police should do what their trained to do which is to chase after the person, apprehend them and arrest them accordingly. They weren’t suppose to use guns because he didn’t have a gun. He wasn’t an immediate threat to anyone plus they already had the guy down with a taser and still shot him over 6 times. It’s not really justified regardless of how you put it but I think it’s super insensitive and disrespectful to come on her post with that especially if it’s her family member. He made a mistake but nothing worth his life being taken and if it was your child or relative you’d be singing a different song.
