Very slowly, 2oz milk and then the rest formula depending how much they drink. Then 4oz, the rest formula and so on until the hole bottle was milk, did an 2oz more every 2 days.

Awww poor baby. It’s hard on their stomachs. You have to mix in a little at a time with the formula. Over time it’ll eventually be just milk.

I switched my son over to milk at 11 months from shortage of formula. But when I did it I made it more formula and less milk and slowly added more milk less formula. Can't really tell you the exact ounces but I just threw it together, I asked on here before and didn't get much answers. But you slowly get him into milk if he's having reactions from it. My kids are lactose 🤷‍♀️ so it was a challenge. I finally found a milk that works great for him. Although he smashes food like there is no tomorrow lol

My son turned 1 on the first and he did the same thing so I did half milk and half formula and much better
