Has anyone had their membranes swept and actually went into labor within the 48hrs?
If yes, what was your dilation and effaced at the time?

Yes. Ive had them swept twice. The first time he came about 2 days later. With my last baby it didn't work lol.
I went from 2 to 4 the same day had the sweep Thursday and had her on Saturday
I had it done 3x. I was 2cm the first and second time. And was 3cm the 3rd time. Was still 11 days late

Me! They did a stretch and sweep and I was in labor within 1 hour.
That fast! We’re you dilated any? Or already having labor signs?
@sorrynotsorry, yeah I was 4 or 5 cm dilated. I was 38 weeks. I went to my appointment and my doctor was like do you want to have the baby today. I was like yes. He did that and said walk nonstop for the next hour and you will be in labor. Sure enough he was right.

Yes me ! I was 1 cm and I don’t remember how much effaced but it worked for me
How long after did you go into labor?
@sorrynotsorry, the following day . Actually I want into labor on my own the day of my induction
I did at barely a one. My water broke 2 days later still at a one
I got the the hospital at a 1 but I gave birth quickly once contractions started up
