My mom and I were talking about how none of us will truly be the same people we were before this pandemic. It's changed us. I won't ever waste things like I once did. I won't put off grocery shopping and let my supplies run low. And I will never take for granted seeing my loved ones, chatting with my neighbor, holding a hand, giving a hug.
This whole pandemic has put things in perspective and what's really important and what isn't. Going to get your hair or nails done is nice but not important. Taking your kids to a park seeing family just living life is what is most important! This is so powerful and I felt this on a personal level. Hang in there love you will get through this and I'm always here for you 💖💖💖
Ladies, I am sorry it has taken this pandemic to teach so many this lesson. Sadly, many of us have lived this as their truth for a long time. There are some who have no family and can't call upon anyone for help even under normal circumstances. I hope for those who do have and are currently missing them that this is a time which brings you into such a longing for your family and friends that nothing can ever cause distance between you again after all this is over. I'm so happy you have family to miss and to visit soon. I pray for your families that you get to make many happy memories soon that will be remembered life long. Many blessings!
Yep, this is my life every day. I have no one to help me with my kids except for a day or so every few months. People don't realize how nice they have it until it's gone.
@two.tiny.texans, @xryztalroze, I agree with both of you. I live in different states away from any family or friends so even if this wasn’t going on, I’d get no break or be able to see any family anyways. Thankfully my husband is on leave right now but as soon as that’s over I’ll be doing it all alone again.

@raisingbabes @two.tiny.texans I'm so sorry that you understand my every day life but incredibly happy to know we are not alone in this.
