If that doesnt work download the app send anywhere on the phone you're using now and on your new phone then you can go into the app and send Mom life from one device to another. Super simple you have options to transfer pictures files and apps go into your apps select mom life from your old device, send then hit receive on your new device you'll get a code on your old device that you type in to your new device and BAM!!! Transferred

Which phone do you have?
I had an Android and switched to iPhone. I was able to download it again. Just had to use the same email as my google account.
I went to the App Store on iPhone, clicked on my profile ( right hand top corner) and then went to purchased apps and it was there.

iPhone to iPhone? I backed up my phone to the cloud, and used that backup for my new phone.

I had an iphone before I had the android & had this app so I figured after switching back I can use my old iCloud account to get it back but its gone

Create an account with an overseas local and use it that way. Then switch after it's downloaded.

I don't understand. I got a new phone(Android) and had no problem getting the app from the app store. I have a new email also on the phone. I had zero problems. What is going on???
