So I do not have an appetite...I barely eat..and I breast feed and still do my exercises daily (3mile walk every day) plus some normal and and arm work outs. But thing I I won’t eat through out the day I only eat supper. Knowing I need to eat I was wondering if there is an actual nutritious meal replacement shake that could help me? I mean I completely skip breakfast and lunch...I might snack before supper and then eat supper and that’s about it. I know I need to eat. Especially breastfeeding. Don’t understand why I have no appetite but I just don’t.
You could do a protein shake. I personally like the plant protein.
You can try cutting up fruit and veggies and making some ranch dressing. It's small, but still nutritious and might show you that you are hungry.
