We have a few of these seats. We really like them. The only thing that happens occasionally is the strap can catch when tightening the straps. It’s hard to pull passed but I’ve always been able to tighten the straps correctly. I researched it and it only seems to be a problem when rear facing. My son is still rear facing so I can’t be sure.
