My boobs are super sore and my nipples have been hard since yesterday morning for no reason and It’s not cold!! I’ve never experienced this in my life and it’s quite annoying! Has anyone else had this happen? What did you do to help it?

If your period isn’t due for another two weeks then it’s very likely from ovulation. You can take Aleve to help with pain.
@giannas.mommy, how do you know when you ovulated? The luteal phase is only 18 days max, average being 14.. Youre saying yours is over 20 days?
@massmomma16, opks, cervical mucus, and ovulation cramps. It seems like it. I’ve always ovulated between cd 14-18 and had 37 day cycles.
@giannas.mommy, maybe that’s why you think you’ve been late but wasn’t? The LP doesn’t vary (only by 2 days naturally) only follicular phase will vary. If you know your LP length you will know exact day period is due or if you are pregnant. Sorry if you already know this...most don’t and knowing helps keep sanity and TTC. Goodluck!

@lou-lou27, I cant remember my symptoms from my first pregnancy except that my boob grew a cup size before I tested and I was a week late before I tested

I take vitamin e when my boobs are sore before my period. Does wonders
My period isn’t due for another 15 days and they never get sore before my period
