Yeah mines flared up since having the depo injection! Yeah it is sore aswell!! And last week I’ve been sweating so bad, sore mouth, bad skin and I googled it it’s all down to hormones obviously I can’t have my injection so hopefully it will calm down!! Is there anything you’ve used that’s helped? Xx

@nicolemariehooperxo ahh yeah I definitely think it was something to do with the hormones, id never had any problems with my skin before then when I had my youngest I got 3 injections and thought I can't take it no more so went for copper coil cos it doesn't have hormones n it's gone much better but I've still got spots underneath my actual skin so when I look in the mirror on a certain angle I can see them all 😞 tbh I tried a few things but nothing worked I hope it calms for you soon xxx

@tam96, hmmm it’s so shit isn’t it, you need some form of contraception but I really cannot put up with the way my body reacts to them! My skin was the best it’s ever been when it was pregnant 🤷‍♀️ xx

I’m not sure as it’s only on my face and a small patch on my leg but my face has been getting quite bad for a while, I’ve tried simple face wash but it just flares it up even more x
