Does anyone else have trouble with their skin? I think it’s my hormones as I’m due the injection in a couple of days and my skin is terrible atm 😭

Have a look at rosacea acne as it can be caused by hormones. I get it and the best thing you can do is to dry your face out in the effected areas preferably a blue shower gel which contains sea salts. And then when they go down I use this face cleanser and this cream for dry damaged areas, xxx

Mine is the same. I came off it now in February n got the coil because my skin was so bad n it was so sore. Since I've not had it its calmed abit but still bad of it too xx

Yeah mines flared up since having the depo injection! Yeah it is sore aswell!! And last week I’ve been sweating so bad, sore mouth, bad skin and I googled it it’s all down to hormones obviously I can’t have my injection so hopefully it will calm down!! Is there anything you’ve used that’s helped? Xx

ahh yeah I definitely think it was something to do with the hormones, id never had any problems with my skin before then when I had my youngest I got 3 injections and thought I can't take it no more so went for copper coil cos it doesn't have hormones n it's gone much better but I've still got spots underneath my actual skin so when I look in the mirror on a certain angle I can see them all 😞 tbh I tried a few things but nothing worked I hope it calms for you soon xxx

@tam96, hmmm it’s so shit isn’t it, you need some form of contraception but I really cannot put up with the way my body reacts to them! My skin was the best it’s ever been when it was pregnant 🤷♀️ xx

I’m not sure as it’s only on my face and a small patch on my leg but my face has been getting quite bad for a while, I’ve tried simple face wash but it just flares it up even more x
