Nope. There is programs to help that will give her formula in her area like WIC and social services

Absolutely not.
If a mother truly needed food for her baby she would have no problem with the food being sent to her versus actual money because that’s where the money should’ve been going to in the first place.
Block her stupid ass and be done.
