The hospitals I stayed at only had me stay for 24hrs after birth, if everything was ok with me & baby. They asked me if I wanted to stay an extra night after that but I always said no.
I stayed just a bit over 24hrs after I gave birth. 24hrs was almost 10pm so they didn’t want me leaving that late so I left the following morning.

I only packed when I was in labor both times.
Quite a few times lol but today I added the last few things
I only packed it once each time...& it was right before I left for the hospital. I never ‘prepacked’ it. Idk why. Lol
@love_linds @raisingbabes @justgotaname @hilligermomx2 I just repacked mine for the 4th time. I like being able to think about what I need ahead of time. This time I was able to take things out and replace other things and lighten the load and make room for what my husband might actually need... I really wanted to be prepared this time- especially because when I went into labor with Mowgli I had the hardest time trying to pack a bag! I ended up with quite a few things that I didn't need and not nearly enough of everything else that I absolutely needed like undies and shirts and a bra 🤦 I was there for a long time because some complications so I'm really hoping this time they won't keep me too long. How long did each of you stay at the hospital after giving birth?
