Can you get unemployment if your job doesn’t offer paid maternity leave and you’re PT 30hrs or less?

I doubt it. Most full time jobs don’t offer paid maternity leave either.

I’m 2 month shy of getting maternity leave when I have my baby so I’ll be taking only 1.5 months off of work

No, you are still considered employed there.

You can get disability if you’ve paid into it. I got disability when I had my son. They usually go off what you’ve paid into the last 18 months. That’s what they did for mine.

Usually PT doesn't qualify for short term disability but it depends on the company. Ask your HR.
Unemployment is accepting more people than ever before and some states are even accepting people on voluntary leaves. It doesn't hurt to try!
