12 months or longer is best. You can try after 6 months but it's better to wait and let the scar heal more.

My gynecologist told me it's possible after 6 months and I thought it's too early. I agree with you, it should be longer

12 months or longer what my midwife recommends. If we were to get pregnant before that said told me I would be in the high risk category and therefor some options wouldn't be available to me.

So, I guess you had C-section twice, how was your recovery after second surgery?

I did. 2 emergency ones. Both for different issues.
Recovery was harder with my second. Could've been for a ton of reasons. My second needed to be in the NICU for almost a week. And my oldest was hospitalized shortly after my second was born. It was a rough month.
But my body was healed enough to deliver my second. My daughter's heart was not enjoying the traditional exit. So emergency exit was necessary.

I started trying at 11m pp, got pregnant when he was a year and 2 months. I had her in Jan his birthday is in Feb.

no, since in the area i live is very behind on the times medically i didnt want a vbac, if i jad wanted one i wouldve needed to wait another 4 months to get pregnant
