Question. My daughter keeps sticking both her fingers in her ears I notice she does it when loud cars go by I know she a had a few ear infections months ago I know the ENT doctor said if she has another ear infection they will put tubes in her ear

Of she's only doing it when the cars go by I imagine they are loud for her little ears. Has she been pulling at then or poking in them in the house or when in the bath?

She does it with loud noises and in the house and the bath and she’s poking them in her ears

Of it's mainly for loud noises and she isn't showing any signs of distress or having fevers I would just continue observing and make a note for your ped to check them at her next visit.
