Delete if not allowed but. How many of us are apart of the LGBTQ community or support it. And fo u teach your kids about the community. Just had a little moment with my daughter.

Real not much to teach they're just around it 🤷🏼♀️😂

I don't make a huge deal about it here. The kids will ask, and I'm not dramatic about it, I don't say it's right or wrong. I just tell them, yes, sometimes boys love boys. And girls love girls. When they ask me how they have babies, I tell them they just need help sometimes. I explain adoption, egg/sperm donation, and other things bc that is the same process anyone who can't have babies on their own would take. Love is love. We shouldn't make it hard or confusing bc it isn't. My 8 year old is a very curious kid and has seen it around or in movies or shows. His mother has been with women, and I was in the past. Gay/lesbian family members...so the kids have seen it but still have questions.

I support. I know people ( including relatives) that are apart of that community. As far as my daughter we've taught her to love not hate or discriminate. She knows that different families exist. Two moms, two dads, single parents, etc. She also knows that everyone can get married. Just the basics since she's five

I agree ^^^
My oldest is almost 8 and she knows mommy has a GF too but it's also daddy's GF.
She just knows we love each other
That's all they need.
Despite her being curious she never asked about where babies come from.... Last time I told her it's when two people love each other and that was enough for her....
But if you ask my nephew he'll say they come from your butt 😂🤣🤣

I'm not against it, it's not a big deal too me. My kids know about it and understand to each is their own, not to judge and to be accepting of those around us who are part of that type of lifestyle.

We recently had a conversation with our son about this because we have been watching Lego Masters and there was a team that is two men who are married to each other. They were truly supportive of each other and a lovely example of a committed relationship.
We talked about how boys can marry boys when they love each other, and girls can marry girls, just like boys & girls can marry each other. In my house, love is love, and I want my child growing up to be accepting of others. 💜

I myself am bisexual. I'm lucky enough to be living around a few same sex couples who have kids my kids age. As well as 2 men who live next door who are older and gay they are like another pair of uncle's for my kids. We treat them as family and they spoil our kids lol

I am apart of it. My partner and I are pregnant with our first successful child. I think it’s only important to speak about it when they ask. A child will still grow up and take their own path no matter how you raise them or what you teach them. ❤️❤️

I don’t think it’s something to be taught I just think it’s one of those things where if they have questions you answer. My girls are still pretty young but we’ve always taught them to respect everyone. My sister has a girlfriend but my oldest has never asked questions. She was watching something one day and they were signing and said the word gay but it was used as happy so she asked me what did it mean and I told her it meant happy because that was the way they were referencing it. I didn’t want to go into this long explanation about how it can have two meanings and all that because it would of just confused her.

I’m a part of it, I have a lot of cousins and my aunt as well. My GF and I both have kids, and I have my child siblings. My brother has already told us he’s bisexual and just wants to be loved by a good person. All of the kids love each other regardless of name, age, gender, hair and skin tone differences and all of that. What matters is they’re well cared for, loved and respected.

I support it. I teach my kids to love everyone regardless. If they came to me and told me they preferred the sex id support them. My step daughter dated girls in the past it was never a big deal.
