Yesterday my day was busy.. going to appointments, picking up and dropping off family, the kids came over. Alot of bending etc last night I had back pain today i woke up with back pain it's been like this all day mostly lower back pain. And right now when i stood up i had a tiny piece of my mucus plug on my thigh and had it on my foot. No bleeding should I be concerned? or just take it easy. I'm 32 weeks 5 days.
