Does anyone know exactly how this virus affects pregnant women? Is it worse for them? The same or neither?

I was told its only worse for people who are pregnant because of the fact fevers can cause damage to the fetus/baby. Other than that the breathing thing but my doctor said any pregnant woman she’s seen who’s had it had minor symptoms .

And I’m 10 weeks pregnant

I should already know this as I’m an RN but can’t even think straight. I’ve been in a room for 2 days away from my kids because I work at a hospital and I’m so afraid of getting them sick
