My son is one and he starting to develop tiny dark spots on his face maybe about 3 months ago 🤔 are these freckles? It’s only on his left cheek but some are now developing on his right cheek
My SO mom has freckles and my dad does also but idk
Btw I know I show take to his doctor about this but due to covid 19 idk when the next time we can visit her

They sure look like freckles to me. If your parents have them there is a likely chance he will get more. My daughter has them in the same place. So cute!

4. And her sister is two. She got three before she was one and now she has the ones where your son's are. People of all racial and ethnic backgrounds can get them though they are obviously more prevalent in lighter toned people. My children are multi- ethnic. I never expected either if them to get freckles and the little one has a few on her arms. If they are not freckles they could be moles or warts. But they do look like freckles to me. Moles or warts would be raised and bumpy.

I think it is beautiful. People with darker complexions have the most beautiful smooth skin. Freckles just enhances the beauty.

Has he been spending more time outdoors? They def look like freckles to me, they usually start to come out when kids start getting more sun.

Lately no , but last summer we went out a lot . Honestly my child haven’t been outdoors in almost 2 months ( I know that sounds bad , but only because of the virus , I knew it was spreading a lot earlier than others ) .
