We may be buying our first home!! It's an older home but it's a great deal. The inside has been completely remodeled, new floors, new central air/heat, new counters etc. The owner took our offer, now just waiting on the application to go through. It's 2400 sq. Feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & has a (mountain view (small mountain but it's still awesome) & by a national forest. The back yard is huge & will be so nice for the kids & my snoopy doo (dog). It will be so nice to actually be paying towards owning something instead of throwing $$ away on rent each month. I'm excited! Our lease isn't up until may 31st here but we can start moving in little by little as soon as we are approved. That way it won't be so hard on me packing with these kids lol. Thankful my mom will be here to help! Praying it all works out🙏
On another note, going to the lake this weekend and boating/sea dooing for Easter weekend lol staying in that cabin tomorrow night and Saturday night..possibly Sunday night too but not sure yet. Ahhhh I so can't wait to get out of the house🙌

Heather this is great news , is your city not on restriction s due to the coronavirus,here in Miami all boating Ramps are closed if your caught doing those things jet skiing,boating ,and not even social distancing the fines are $1000 per violation parks are closed too here so stay safe .Glad to see your husband home again to his family and hope he continues to stay on this track .
@badwolfmomma15, maybe in your state,I’m in Miami Fl all boat ramps are all closed because,people were boating and jet skiing as well and not listening to 6ft apart so Now in the Miami area It’s banned and you will get a $1000 fine
@sherrynygirl, I am in Miami! The Florida governor himself said it’s okay to go boating. Now I’m not saying I agree with that. I honestly feel like he should put stricter enforcements. But you can still go boating and won’t get any fines for it.

Wow sounds perfect! So happy for you guys. That's so exciting. I'm surprised they accepted your offer without you having been approved yet. Where I live you're not even allowed to put an offer in on a house until you have a preapproval letter from a bank.
The owner accepted the offer and I think it's owner financing but I could be wrong. I haven't met the owner but my husband met with him again today.

Today, we are deeply saddened by the news that @Martinajjones' baby, Jason Andrew Colley, was born early and passed away. He was born today, on his father's birthday, at 34 weeks, weighing 4 pounds 7 ounces and 17 inches long. @Martinajjones has been a strong member of this community since January. We are so sad for her loss, and her family's, and our thoughts go out to her.
