The last almost 3 weeks I’ve been having kicks every night between 9-10pm without fail and during the day, today they’ve not been as strong or often and I’ve not had my evening kicks! I’m only 21 weeks but they’ve been in pattern for 3 weeks now? I’ve had a cup of tea and Ice cold water, I know they normally say don’t count patterns until 24 weeks but I’m not sure?

Lay on your left side for a while that's what midwife always told me somthing to do with more blood flow I think and increases movement
Try a warm bath when i was having charlie and he had quiet days it always helped x

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
