These are the prenatal I take and the prenatal dha. Itβs all natural ingredients and has folate acid instead of folic acid. Folate is the natural form of B9 and folic is the synthetic form.
I don't have a pic cause this was 5 dang years ago but I ended up going with the gummy ones and taking them right before bed. Any other pill option I tried made me so sick! I noticed taking them at night, before bed, did cut down some of the yucky feeling they gave me though.
@mrs.daniels, It did help me so much. I did also add an extra folic acid tablet with my gummy vitamins a little way in because I was anemic but those did the trick and I made it through my whole pregancy on just those 2. I actually still take the folic acid. I recommend you keepin up with the prenatal and the folic acid for like a year after you have babe. It helped me with some of the hormone shift and that awful post partum hair loss! I just take a regular multi vitamin now, with the folic acid but for right after baby, the prenatals offer Mama the most.
