I just wondered if anyone knew, if I would get back dated for maternity allowance, universal credit and child benefit if Aiden is a month old already and havent claimed anything yet?

Child benefit will backdate, universal credit will only pay you from the date you make your claim. They won't backdate

Do you know anything about maternity allowance, on the claim form it asks you when you would like your maternity allowance to start from and I put the date but whether it gets paid or not I dint know ?:/

@ellie.case1234 no idea about maternity allowance sorry, if you google it through you should be able to find all the answers you need

I don’t know about the others but I’m sure child benefit is up to 12weeks backdated xx

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I glt back dated the maternity allowance so you will get it from the date you went on maternity from work. Child benefit yes you will get that to, uc no its from when you claim
