24 weeks and 2 days and I’m soo uncomfortable right now I’m not in pain just my back and stomach feels sooo heavy like it’s soo much pressure I feel like my back needs to be cracked . Laying and sitting helps with the pressure but soon as I get up I just want to lay back or sit back down . Well a bath or something helps
I bath may help temporarily. Have u ever checked out belly bands? I’ve heard those help a lot. Also u may benefit from seeing a chiropractor. Maybe once quarantine is over u can look into that. They do do pregnant women. Maybe in the meantime try a heating pad on your back? Idk I hope u feel better soon
