Ok let’s talk about birth (just saw pics of people giving birth on fb lmfao) i didn’t get any pain meds or epidural with my boys and my friends always talk about the “ring of fire” but i never felt it witt either boys, is this normal?🤣

I had my first 3 with epidural because I was sooo scared to go through without it and my last I came too late I was 8 cm dilated and they told me the baby could come out while I was getting it because I have to sit but I was begging for it I was literally crying because I legit felt I would die from the pain of natural birth but I did it natural I don’t want any more kids but if day I was to get pregnant I would get epidural that was the worst pain I’ve ever endured that shit WAS HORRIBLE I was asking for the funny gas I needed anything I could get and that shit didn’t do anything i tore and everything

When my first was crowning I felt that shit...ugh. I had an epidural with my second still felt the pressure but not the burn. I am a wild pusher, lol so the epidural helped me slow down and control my pushes since I felt less pain.

I had it with my first, he got stuck crowning. His labor was 12 hours from water break to delivery. But I don’t remember having it with my second, and he was a full pound bigger, with a much faster labor of 4 hours and 45 minutes. I didn’t have any pain meds for both and honestly think the transition period of labor was the worst part for me.

The dr didn’t break my water till 8 cm and then 30 mins later i pushed him out. My first broke my water on his own

@walkmavs_mom, my first also broke the water on his own. My amniotic fluid levels were too low with my second and apparently I was having contractions I couldn’t feel, so they broke my water at 3 cm.
I never felt it either!

@bbgirlmama, i had my bloody show and started leaking fluid 2 hours before i started having contractions. Not to mention he came at 36 weeks and 5 days so he’s considered preemie but no one was keeping his ass from coming out he was ready 🤣
Had it with my first some but with my second she decided she wanted to be in the world so fast that noone even caught her. She literally flew out and was caught by the table before I could even push so I didn't get it with her.

This is the only thing scaring me out of not getting an epidural lol. I want to go natural so bad but the stories I hear scare me 😭

You can do it girl. It’s so fast and it’s honestly not that bad. You’ll be more focused on pushing and just getting baby into your arms. To me it’s just a pain that reminds me that in a few seconds my baby will be in my arms. I had all 3 pain med free no epidural. You can do it!

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
My mil wants me to call her to talk about my birthing plan because she doesn’t agree with it...what do I even say without being rude. I’m heated.

Does anyone like their in laws? With all the posts about terrible in laws I was just wondering if anyone actually likes their in laws?!?! I love me in laws. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful immediate and extended family. My mil loves spending time with my boys. She comes over at least once a week and will sleep over. She gets up with the boys in the morning and let's my husband and I sleep in. My fil is a great man also. He's always coming over to visit and do some odd jobs around the house (my husband is not handy at all lol). So anyone else have great in laws?? I figured I'd ask so we can talk positively about our in laws!!!

I only felt it with my last baby and they have all been natural with no pain meds.
